Canine Handlers are to work as part of a team to deter and detect the introduction of explosive into and around Target Field. The Canine Handler performs their duties while commanding a trained explosive working dog that has met certification standards. Teams will be required to search cargo for the client to identify explosive threats. Handler will be responsible for maintaining training records and to maintain certification. Handler will be responsible for housing, care and maintenance of assigned canine. Handler may be required to work additional hours as directed.

Candidate must successfully complete 2-3 week Explosive Detection K9 Handlers Course in Moyock, NC and certify to NAPWDA standards prior to deployment to permanent duty station.Apply Here
