Provide training support in the development of an enabled and capable AAF A7, with a focus on in-country training, management, and tracking/reporting of skill levels and distribution.
Conduct and attend advising sessions in accordance with schedule developed by J-Lead. Subcontractor shall document AAF training sessions and provide a monthly analysis relative to CJ7 training objectives.
Coordinate with CJ7 on the development, briefing and execution of AAF decrees and plans to define AAF in-country training policy. These policies will define the interactions, roles, responsibilities, authority limits, and processes used in the training functions.
Instruct in development of transition plans for maintenance technician and air crew in-country training goals from present AAF training programs and out-of-country training. Coordinate these plans with CJ4M, CJ1/7 trainers, Group staffs, and AAF equivalents.
Instruct planning measures to achieve and maintain AAF manning levels in line with current and planned Tashkil. Focus will be given to developing plans to achieve targeted distribution of skill levels and ratings.
During periods of heightened security, contractor shall assist the CJ7 J-Lead with other administrative tasks as required.
